1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: UAE-wide delivery (international shipping coming soon).

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Fee: AED 49 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AED 500.

  • Studio Pickup: Available at Kaiz Studio – Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

📩 Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

 


 

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personal care products, and underwear.

  • Exchanges: Available for size changes or defective items (subject to stock). Store credit provided if size unavailable.

  • Refund Method: Refunds to original payment method or store credit.

  • Return Shipping: Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective.

 


 

3. Warranty

  • Duration: All Kaiz products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.

  • Remedy: Replacement piece provided for approved claims.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
