At Kaiz, we believe every detail matters — from our product craftsmanship to the way we deliver and support your purchase.

 


 

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: UAE-wide delivery (international shipping coming soon).

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Fee: AED 49 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AED 500.

  • Studio Pickup: Available at Kaiz Studio – Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

📩 Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

 


 

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep. We actually want you to wear it, sweat in it and see how it fits into your life – just don’t wait until next season to decide.

Condition: Returns should include the original packaging and tags. We’re happy for you to test‑drive your Kaiz gear, but please send it back clean and in resaleable condition.

Non‑Returnable Items: Final‑sale pieces, personal care products (e.g., bottles, mats) and underwear aren’t eligible for return.

Exchanges: Need another size or received a defective item? We’ll swap it if stock allows. If your size is sold out, we’ll issue a gift‑card credit so you can grab something else when it’s available.

Refund Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method or can be issued as store credit – your choice.

Return Shipping: You cover return shipping unless the item arrives defective or we made a mistake. In‑studio exchanges (at Kaiz Studio, Saadiyat Island) are also an option if you’re local.

 


 

3. Warranty

  • Duration: All Kaiz products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.

  • Remedy: Replacement piece provided for approved claims.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
